We are pleased to announce the promotion of Luis Javier from Restaurant Manager to Food and Beverage Director! Since Luis' start in July, he has demonstrated his passion for the culinary world as evidenced by his enthusiasm to elevate our dining experience. Luis came to Whippoorwill as a polished club executive, with former roles at clubs including Westchester Country Club, The Apawamis Club, and Sleepy Hollow Country Club. We are grateful to have Luis on our team and excited to have him continue to drive the success of our Food and Beverage operations.
In addition, we would like to inform you that Michael DiMaggio, Restaurant Manager, will be leaving the club. For the past three years, Mike has been a valued member of our community. We appreciate his dedication, hard work, and leadership. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.
